New Proposal By Idaho Power Endangers Home Solar Investments

A proposal from Idaho Power to undercut some peoples investments in solar power has the states residents upset. It was announced by Idaho Power in December that it is considering the idea  to stop paying some solar panel owners who generate extra power from their solar panels and hike the fees that solar users pay to get hooked up to the grid and increase their rates for the power they use from the company.
